Business Analyst.

We need a great Business Analyst to start ASAP working in partnership with the Change Team, business stakeholders, sponsors & Project Managers; you will be responsible for ensuring clarity of requirements, helping and working with all participants to ensure high-performing delivery teams, aiding delivery of quality work that meets the needs of their customers.

Job Title:                            Business Analyst. 
Location:                            Remote working (Milton Keynes based company) with office visits.
Salary :                                £43,000 - £45,000 neg on experience + benefits. 
Duration:                           Permanent 
Start Date:                         ASAP. 
About You 
You’ll need proven experience as a Business Analyst using Scrum & process re-engineering, requirements gathering and user stories in a complex business context with lots of change going on! 
You’ll need to be happy organising & leading user experience forums plus as well as collecting & managing complex business information to analyse it, presenting findings to a wide range of audiences. 
Needless to say you’ll be using your excellent communication skills engaging with the business & stakeholders, presenting complex information in an easily comprehensible way & delivering high quality written reports & presentations. 
The role. 
  • Business analysis & requirements definition, working with the business to investigate & document business functions, processes, information flows & data structures; to create accurate ‘as is’ & provide appropriate challenges to inform & evaluate improvements for the ‘to be’ processes. 
  • To analyse complex business problems, identify causes and propose requirements and solutions to address those problems.  
  • To work with design and project management to define solution options and delivery approaches and agree with business the optimum solution.
