Azure .Net Developer (Agile Scrum).

The overall and exciting aim is to build high-performing teams, that you will be a key part of. This means you will need to be open-minded regarding helping and working with the other team members. Each team member is a team member first and your own role second; in other words, you could well be helping with testing, documenting, or other tasks; not just development tasks. As the team matures, you may even be carrying out some leadership or servant leadership where required. 

 

You will be working closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand value and deliver innovative solutions to the problems faced by the client, you and the delivery teams are highly respected in the organisation. The client is building a highly supportive environment for your (and the teams) growth. You will be responsible for delivering high quality work to the standards of the Definition of Done, and for committing to work and being responsible in recognising areas that need improvement.  

About you. It goes without saying you have in-depth and proven experience as a Developer with an interest in the latest IT thinking and the use of new IT development technology to enable business transformation and growth. You will need strong, clear communication skills, with good problem-solving ability, able to create innovative solutions and think creatively in a complex environment. You are enthusiastic, positive, conscientious and have a flexible attitude. 

Essential Technical Skills:  

  • .NET

  • Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse analytics / Azure Databricks 

  • Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 

  • MSSQL server 2012 and above / SSIS / SSRS 

Any of the following are desirable secondary languages:  

  • Oracle (including PLSQL Pro*C Apex) / VB6.  

  • WSO2 

  • C/C++ 

  • Remedy / Unix Shell Scripts 

  • Knowledge of key utilities: Electricity, Gas, Water, Heat 

  • Programming/Development Language Certification 

  • Java (including JavaScript, Ajax Struts JSP / Angular JS / JQuery).  

  • HTML 5.0 / CSS / CRM dynamics
