Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst. (Azure).

As an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst, you will join a great team and provide technical support and management to the Azure Cloud and infrastructure systems, ensuring their security and operations.
On a day to day basis, you'll be responsible for maintaining Azure Cloud and infrastructure services and ensuring its security, availability and reliability, as well as day to day incident and problem management of the infrastructure services. You will be managing changes to the Azure Cloud and network infrastructure to ensure they are kept up to date and ensure the delivery/implementation of agreed technical solutions, plus make sure IT disaster recovery and business continuity is in place and ready!
As such, you will be involved in, amongst other things, Cloud and IT Infrastructure Management, Infrastructure Innovation, IT Security Administration, Continuity Management, Project Management and Change Management.

Location: Hybrid. Remote and central London
Start Date: ASAP - February 2022.
Salary: c £50,352 - £55,000 pa + benefits including training.
Duration: Permanent full time post.
To thrive in this role, you will need a positive approach to customer focus and service improvement, accountability for delivering your work and working collaboratively with your colleagues and fellow teammates to develop and manage relationships across IT and within the business.
As an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst, you will have proven technical expertise and business understanding in a complex hybrid infrastructure environment based on systems hosted internally and externally, including PaaS and SaaS and Azure working within an ITIL Framework.
You must have a very good knowledge in public cloud infrastructure such as Microsoft Azure, including Azure tools such as Azure Backup and Site Recovery, Azure Monitor, Azure Active Directory, Azure Sentinel etc.
In addition, you have experience in some / most of the following:
- Network protocols including the configuration of network routers and switches, LAN/WAN, wireless access points, Network and Systems Security.
- Windows workstation operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 2012/2016 Servers, Office 365 and Exchange online.
- Microsoft System Centre Suite (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM).
