Programme Manager.

You’ll manage the design process for the operating model, deliver a transformation business case and lead the programme of change to deliver the business case outcomes.
 
Job Title:        Programme Manager. 
Location:        West Midlands.  Flexible working, a mix of home based working with office working. 
Duration:        2 years fixed term contract highly likely to renew.
Salary:           c £70,000 - £90,000 pa plus pension, bonus, PMI
Start Date:     ASAP. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES.  You’ll provide day to day leadership and management of the programme and its deliverables, establishing appropriate governance for all phases of the programme, the Change Management and Stakeholder Management and associated communication. 
 
You’ll be planning the programme tranches, including risk and issue management, dependency management, leading the programme team (coaching programme team members if needed, managing the programme budget, and delivering benefits. 
 
You’ll be looking after resource planning and allocation supported by PMO, the provision of appropriate management information to inform decision-making, and the management of 3rd party relationships delivering to the programme.  
 
ABOUT YOU   You’ll need proven experience as a Programme Manager and of change management, with a track record of leading broad, multi-functional business transformation and the process to develop an operating model and build a business case for delivery.  
 
Along with your experience of programme management tools, you’ll have a strong stakeholder engagement and management background, able to lead people and teams in a matrix environment, as well as managing multiple 3rd party suppliers; all this in a complex and rapidly changing environment, with all the tenacity and resilience that requires.  
 
Any experience in property-based businesses, including repairs and maintenance op models or consultancy, is a plus.
