Information Security Analyst.
We have been asked to find for a long-standing client an Infrastructure Security Analyst.
You will have a proven track record as an Information Security Analyst and be CISSP qualified. You will have experience in using measuring controls to monitor the infrastructure against any potential risks.
On a day to day basis you will be looking at alerts and identifying any security vulnerabilities. Understanding any potential issues, then taking any appropriate action to remediate these.
This could entail liaising with the internal Infrastructure team to carry out the fix, or the SOC partner or indeed perhaps configuring the change yourself.
You will be communicating with the business guiding them and helping them to understand threats and cyber security to them in a modern cloud-based work environment.
As such you need proven hands-on infrastructure security analyst experience at a technical level, in a Microsoft Windows environment both on-prem and in the cloud (Azure). on top of your CISSP qualification, Any Microsoft security certifications would be a plus.
You will need good communication skills. Able to explain complex security issues to non-technical business stakeholders.
This is a company with a history of developing and promoting staff so training will and can be provided to help develop your skillset.
This is a permanent post based with a client in London. The work will be remotely based with trips to the office in London as required, and as lockdown eases this may become 2 days a week.
The salary will be c£50,000 - £60,000 pa with a comprehensive benefits package.
This is an immediate start although they will wait for the right person.
