This is a fantastic opportunity as a Senior Programmer Analyst for you to join their Software Support team, supporting a range of Microsoft technologies & line of business applications used within Social Housing.   
Working closely with a team of Technical Analysts & Applications Manager, you will be trusted to provide innovative solutions to underpin business initiatives. As well as providing support to assist the business with its IT operational needs, applications development, enhancements & coordination of upgrades in a busy customer focused environment, as well mentoring junior members of the team.

Location:        Remote (possibly occasional trips to London). 
Start Date:     ASAP. 
Duration:       Permanent post. 
Salary:           £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits package. 
Your work will be vital to the department. In this role you'll become the go-to person in the team to ensure the service they deliver is excellent & cost effective. They will trust you with a wide range of tasks from investigating & troubleshooting incidents (particularly for maintaining bespoke applications in C#, & SQL), processing services & change requests, to managing incidents throughout their lifecycle as well as lead on complex IT projects.   
For this reason, you'll need to bring the skills to match & therefore you'll have good experience in supporting C# and SQL, a general awareness of IT corporate infrastructure, together with effective communication, team skills & the ability to take a holistic view when designing solutions. The ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines & prioritise own work is also essential.
An understanding of agile development environments, an understanding of complex housing processes, creating data loaders, maintaining scheduled jobs, interfaces & further integration capability to software in the system estate is an advantage, along with proof of concept activities as & when required. 
You will also work with a range of 3rd party suppliers, internal departments & other stakeholders with diverse IT needs & requirements, so as a senior member of the team, you'll lead & build strong relationships across all business areas.
