If so we have a 12 month fixed term contract to start ASAP working in partnership with the business stakeholders, sponsors & Project Managers to support the delivery of projects in a programme of work through all stages from start-up to implementation, & delivering them.

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote working (London based company)
Salary : £43,500 - £48,400 neg on experience + benefits.
Duration: 12 months fixed term contract
Start Date: ASAP
You’ll need experience of managing change in a complex business context & proven experience as a Business Analyst using Lean process improvement & process re-engineering, requirements gathering, user stories creation & Agile development approaches. It would be ideal if you have any Finance systems experience ideally with a Procure to Pay system.
You’ll need to be happy organising & leading user experience forums plus testing regimes as well as collecting & managing complex business information to analyse it, presenting findings to a wide range of audiences.
Needless to say, you’ll be using your excellent communication skills engaging with the business & stakeholders, presenting complex information in an easily comprehensible way & delivering high quality written reports & presentations.
- Business analysis & requirements definition, working with the business to investigate & document business functions, processes, information flows & data structures; to create accurate ‘as is’ & provide appropriate challenge to inform & evaluate improvements for the ‘to be’ processes.
- System & user testing. Writing & agreeing on test scripts with the business, ensuring that testing is well organised & appropriately resourced with minimal impact on operations to inform the project go/no go decision
- Training & implementation with the business, to develop & deliver quality user guides. Plan & deliver training sessions as required, taking user feedback on board where relevant for improvement.
